Four generations of moving excellence
It all started over 95 years ago.
Founded in 1928 by Fred Biddulph in Harare and now in its fourth generation of family ownership, Biddulphs International is the largest family-owned Removal Company in the region.
Since those early days, the operation has been expanded to all main centres in South Africa. Today, Biddulphs has 14 branches in South Africa, three in Zimbabwe, and one in Botswana.
The Biddulphs Group owns approximately 180 vehicles and employs 800 staff throughout Southern Africa. With over 400,000 international moves and 2.5 million domestic moves completed, we have secured our position as one of the biggest removal companies in the country.
More than 1 million South Africans a year will be packing their belongings and taking them on the road. We're here to help make it easier.

Environmental Sustainability
By practicing the 3R's of environmental waste management (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), Biddulphs ensures that our business is conducted with concern for the environment.
We have established Duma Recycling (Pty) Ltd, a BBBEE recycling company run by former Biddulphs driver Thomas Shoyisa. In the last 12 months, the company recycled more than 120,000 kg of cardboard, paper, and plastics from our various branches.
We also use recycled and pre-used cartons for our packing services wherever possible.
