Founded in 1928 by Fred Biddulph in Harare and now in its fourth generation of family ownership, it is the largest family-owned Removal Company in the region. Since those early days, the operation has been expanded to all main centres in South Africa, and Biddulphs now have seventeen branches in South Africa, three in Zimbabwe and one in Botswana.

Proof of our environmental commitment
We have established a BBEE company focused purely on recycling called Duma Recycling (Pty) Ltd run by a former Biddulphs driver Thomas Shoyisa.
In the last 12 months the company recycled more than 60 000 kgs of cardboard, paper and plastics from our various branches.

Professional Training, Professional People
A unique, customised training centre has been built at Biddulphs Johannesburg branch for training packers, porters and loaders.
The programme and facility is the first of its kind to have been accredited by the Transport Education and Training Authority in South Africa. It is a condition of service that all crew participate in this training in order to facilitate staff who are both competent and professional.
University Diploma and Degree
Managerial and operational staff are put through the University of Johannesburg Road Transport Management Diploma and Degree. This Industry recognised qualification provides a firm base. This added expertise allows them to provide our customers the relocation experience they deserve.
